I had a pleasant stay at the hotel. The rooms were equipped with everything you need, very spacious, and well-ventilated, but they are looking a little tired and could do with a refurbishment. The service was friendly and helpful, although there were moments when they seemed a bit cold. The location was great, within walking distance of many attractions, but the distance to some sights could be a bit of a challenge. The dining experience had some healthy options and a variety for all tastes, yet it was not as good as expected. Overall, a decent stay with room for improvements.

My stay at the hotel was fantastic! The double living room with both a kettle and coffee machine was a great touch, and the NH beds were super comfy. Having a king-size bed was definitely worth it, and it was ready early in the morning when we arrived. The service was top-notch, especially thanks to Ettore who went above and beyond to make my partner's Birthday special, even though there was a small incident with rudeness from another staff member who served someone else while I was speaking. The location was ideal as a base to explore the city, being very close to a major shopping street and within walking distance to the Vatican. The dining experience was fantastic, and the refreshments were some of the best I've had in Europe so far. Overall, a great value for money hotel with amazing amenities.
